Shopping and Shoes - CAS Style

I'm loving the CAS weekly challenge over at SCS. The weather's been so pleasant here, so I've been trying to pack in all of my outside to-do list stuff now. These CAS cards are so quick and easy to make, so I can create something and make a dent in my list. I hoped to get to work on two challenge cards on Saturday. Instead, I was able to almost finish my outside to-do's - gotta use some GooGone to remove the sticker reside from my fence. I wasn't happy that I didn't get the challenge cards done, but my shrubs are trimmed, stone was added, all flowers are now planted, weeding is done, grass is cut, and my car was detailed. PHEW!!

When I saw this week's CAS challenge, I knew instantly that I wanted to use this sentiment with shoes. Isn't it hysterical?!? A student gave me the cute clear set (from Studio G) that had the shoe image.

After completing the card in this color scheme, I wished that I would have went with black and red. I could've created Christian Louboutin (red soled shoes - see below) with my Copics. Maybe a give it a whirl later :)

Details:
Stamps - Studio G; Hampton Art (sentiment)
Ink - StazOn black; Copic (RV10)
Paper - white, black, Pink Pirouette

Thanks for stopping by!!

The card is easy on the eyes...just adorable. But the shoes make my back hurt just looking at them!! Oh, my goodness...look at how tall those heels are. I'd be towering over my 6'4" DH!!! No...I'd be flat on my back in the hospital. Fun card, Stephanie!

This is adorable! What makes is more special is that your student gave you that stamp! What a wonderful gift!

That is one cute card, but wow, the heels on those shoes! Do you wear those, really, or just look at them? I think I'd be able to stand in them for about two seconds before my feet would be in pain. You are a brave woman!
