So in making a card for him, I picked out Riley reclining in his chair. And yep, I made it orange. Believe me, his furniture (which is now in his basement) is the same color but with patchwork designs all over it including blues, yellows, reds, and greens. I couldn't do that to Riley.

The inside of the card reads: "It's Your Day! Happy Father's Day" - a simple message for a simple man. I made sure to print a barcode on the back because I knew he'd get a kick out of it. You can download the Barcode font at dafont.com - it's really fun!
I'm entering this card into the Hanna Stamps guest designer challenge - have you heard about it? If not, hurry and get over to the Hanna forum at SCS. Today's the last day to submit entries!!

That is a very crisp, neatly designed card. I like the ribbon and the striped paper. Cute story about your dad, we had burnt orange SHAG carpet, yup. It was gorgeous.
