It's been a long day - phew!! The doctor confirmed a lovely crack in my toe - ugh...there goes my plans for wearing my awesome fall shoes. The good news is that it's already healing nicely. By my calculations, I should be back in heals on November 4th....but who's counting?!

For now, I'm off to finish some reading for school tomorrow. Hopefully I won't fall asleep mid-chapter like the past few nights. I thought I'd quickly share the card I made for the recent Embellish Magazine submission call.

Here's the challenge:

And here's my take:

I went with light blue & fell in love with this color combo....I think I know the colors of this year's Christmas card :)

Details:
Stamps -Snowfall Additions & Polka Dot Basics II (PTI)
Ink - Versamark, Fresh Snow (PTI), Walnut Stain Distress Ink (Tim Holtz for Ranger)
Paper - Kraft, Soft Sky, Real Red, Chocolate Chip
Accessories - Rustic Cream Twine (PTI), Buttons, white Gelly Roll pen, Snowflake Punch

That is awesome Stephanie! I love your card! Those snowflakes look huge! Are they really that big? If so... I may need to have that set! :)

So sorry about your cracked toe!! :) You crack me up counting down the days till you can wear heals! I can't tell you the last time I wore hills! And I can probably count on fingers and toes the total times I have worn them! :)
