Anyway, I had a great weekend besides the fact that the podiastrist put me in a removable cast for a few weeks to try to get my ankle to finally stop swelling from my 6 week old sprain. I got together with some co-SCS's at a local scrapbooking store, and we had a terrific time. Here's one of the cards I made. I'm always in need of thank you's, and this was a quick and easy one to make and have on hand.

I used one of my new Michael's dollar stamps which I luckily two weeks ago. I had to travel high and low to get the barnyard animal stamps, so I initially gave up hope for the cupcake ones. I was in Michael's and to my joyous surprise there was one set left. Yahoo!!
Details:
Stamps - Michael's Dollar Stamps (sentiment from clear set)
Paper - DP (Stacy Claire Boyd for EK Success - Stella Collection Picnic Plaid), white, Tempting Turquoise
Ink - StazOn black
Accessories - Stickles (StarDust), satin ribbon, Fiskars punch, markers, paper piercer
Thanks for stopping by!!

So cute! I love the paper you used!
Dollar stamps are soooo much fun because you feel like you got such a bargain and you did! This is a cute card, I especially like that paper in the background.
That paper is so cute, love it paired with those polka dots. I was lucky enough to get two of the cupcake stamps too!
What a cute card! Love the happy colors! Glad you were able to get together with fellow SCSers... that's always so fun! Enjoy all that great weather! It means lots of outdoor work here! Soon it will be too hot to do it! LOL! Hope that ankle continues to heal!!!
